As a Leasing Specialist, you will manage tenant inquiries, schedule unit showings, and maintain a dynamic relationship with prospective and current tenants. Key responsibilities include maintaining a customer database, promoting resident retention, and conducting market surveys.
Your role is pivotal in maximizing revenue and enhancing tenant satisfaction within our multi-residential portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to rental inquiries across multiple channels
• Schedule and conduct unit showings for prospective residents
• Maintain accurate leasing metrics and customer databases
• Promote online leasing processes and applications
• Coordinate with Property Management for timely unit readiness
Requirements:
• Minimum two years in customer service or sales
• Knowledge of Yardi Voyageur and Property Vista preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Must read and write English fluently
• Valid driver’s license with vehicle access
