Club Attendant – Etobicoke Bloor Islington Place

Good Life Fitness is seeking a dedicated Club Attendant to maintain a clean, safe, and friendly in‑club experience for all members. The role is based at our Etobicoke Bloor Islington Place location.

• Ensure the club is clean, tidy, and member‑ready at all times.
• Thoroughly clean all equipment and immediately report maintenance needs.
• Wash, dry, and fold towels to keep up with member demand.
• Ensure consumable supplies (e.g., paper towels, shampoo, conditioner) are stocked at all times.
• Empty all garbage cans.
• Maintain, clean, and prepare change rooms for member use.
• Maintain surfaces based on seasonal needs.
• Unload supplies and stock shelves as required.
• Complete regular pool/whirlpool checks (where applicable).
• Maintain tanning room and bed cleanliness; immediately report maintenance needs.
• Perform other cleaning duties as required.
• Enhance the member experience through positive interactions on the workout floor.
• Acknowledge and greet members while carrying out duties.
• Be pleasant and present with every interaction.
• Assist members with questions by directing them to the appropriate person.
• Complete required learning and attend meetings as required.

• CPR‑A & AED certification.

The selected candidate will start at a base wage of $17.60. The expected annual total compensation is $11,400, determined by the expected total number of scheduled hours per year.
