As a Framer at Michaels, you will enhance customer experiences by providing personalized framing solutions. Your responsibilities will include managing framing orders, ensuring an inviting shopping environment, and assisting shoppers with product selection. Following company policies will ensure compliance and maintain safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete framing orders promptly and to a high standard
• Provide exceptional customer service while assisting with choices
• Manage the presentation and inventory of ready-made frames
• Operate the cash register for accurate financial transactions
• Participate in store stock management and organization
Requirements:
• Basic skills in computer use and measuring techniques
• Previous experience in retail preferred
• Physical ability to lift and maneuver heavy items
• Ability to work on feet for lengthy periods
• Familiarity with framing tools is a plus
