What You’ll Be Learning & Leading- Support daily store operations to keep everything running smoothly
- Learn inventory management, merchandising, pricing & stock control
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety & compliance
- Deliver exceptional service and product knowledge
- Support promotions and merchandising that drive results
- Handle POS transactions and resolve customer concerns with confidence
- Assist with scheduling, onboarding & training
- Help build a positive, motivated, high-performing team
- Support coaching and performance development initiatives
- 4-5 years of experience in retail or a similar role
- Previous customer service or supervisory experience
- Strong communication & organizational skills
- A passion for retail operations and leadership growth
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends & holidays
- Comfort with computers and POS systems
- Eager to grow and take on more responsibility
- Passionate about health, wellness & customer service
- Solution-oriented with a positive attitude
- A natural team player ready to step into leadership
- $60,000 annual salary + bonus
