In this full-time position, you will assist in managing donated goods retail while maintaining organizational policies. Key responsibilities include scheduling employees, training team members, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Your leadership will directly support community partnerships and uphold the Goodwill mission.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure 100% donor and customer service satisfaction
• Train, develop, and supervise team members
• Prepare time and attendance reports accurately
• Support the Manager with daily store operations
• Complete registers and cash reports promptly
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of experience managing teams and processes
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
• Strong communication skills in diverse environments
• Proficient in budgeting and scheduling
• Health and safety experience is an asset
