Samsung Sales Associate – Part time – Sherway Gardens, Etobicoke, Toronto, ON

Join Samsung and OSL as a part‑time Sales Associate at the Sherway Gardens Experience Store. In this role you will generate sales of Samsung wireless devices, tablets, wearables, home automation and televisions, and serve as a brand ambassador delivering excellent customer service.

• Report to the Store Manager and actively promote sales of Samsung products and services.
• Demonstrate excellence in customer service by building relationships, maintaining advanced product knowledge, and educating customers on how to use Samsung products.
• Uncover customer needs through skilled questioning, perception, and empathy, and guide them through the Samsung ecosystem.
• Utilize store design knowledge to assist customers in navigating the Samsung experience.
• Drive sales and meet business objectives while maintaining Samsung store standards.

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, ideally with luxury brands.
• High level of interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Detail‑oriented, results‑focused with proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective decision‑maker and problem‑solver with strong customer‑service orientation.
• Flexible to work beyond traditional business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Base hourly rate of $17.60 per hour plus an industry‑leading commission structure.
• Annual earnings potential of $50,000 to $60,000.
