Be the face of AEO in Etobicoke, ON as a part-time Brand Ambassador. Foster brand loyalty and enhance customer experiences with your people skills and product knowledge.
In this role, you'll be integral in ensuring guests feel valued and informed while shopping. Using the AEO Selling Model, you'll engage every customer, share insights about AE & Aerie items, and promote our loyalty program. Your flexibility and teamwork will shine as you assist across all store zones while addressing guest needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Use the AEO Selling Model for guest engagement
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program to shoppers
• Assist in Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, and Stockroom
• Proactively resolve guest concerns with integrity
Requirements:
• Minimum 16 years of age
• Previous retail experience desired
• Energetic and able to multitask efficiently
• Passionate about AE & Aerie products
• Available for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
