As a Keyholder, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining store operations and enhancing the customer experience. Your responsibilities include cashier services, merchandise order preparation, and general housekeeping. You'll lead ACEs in achieving daily goals when management is absent, and your effective communication will foster a welcoming atmosphere for all pet enthusiasts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage customer sales through the cashier process
• Prepare and organize merchandise orders
• Ensure cleanliness with sweeping and dusting tasks
• Unload deliveries and stock inventory efficiently
• Assign daily tasks to team members when needed
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience in retail
• Knowledge of POS systems
• Strong customer service mindset
• Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
