Alternating Saturdays

The individual will also pick, ship, receive, stock and organize automotive parts and effectively deliver automotive parts to customers. Key Responsibilities

Provide quality customer service and assist customer inquiries both in-person and over the phone using automotive knowledge, company database and parts catalogue

Answer inbound calls and ensure all calls are answered in a professional manner, and make follow-up calls to customers as necessary

Complete necessary paperwork (e.g. warranty forms) in an accurate manner

Maintain overall store appearance by cleaning and organizing on a regular basis

Pick, receive, ship, stock, organize, and deliver auto parts orders when necessary

Other reasonable duties as assigned by the management team

Key Requirements and Experiences

Minimum 5 years of automotive aftermarket parts experience (customer service, sales, repair) required

Customer service experience

A valid G Driver’s license and clean 3-year abstract preferred

Basic computer skills (e.g. ability to use and navigate Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel, online database and web-based training)

Basic mathematical skills and understanding of basic units of measurement

Ability to sort items alphanumerically
