Position: Security Team Lead - - Sherway Gardens Mall.
Job Description:To deliver a consistent and outstanding level of customer service to clients by actively seeking out opportunities to provide assistance and support. Working on assigned shifts, to act as a deterrent to crime and undesired activity and help to maintain a visibly safe and welcoming property environment. You will be required to write reports and investigate routine incidents, as well as respond to emergencies quickly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:Lead, coach, and support security officers during assigned shiftsConduct regular patrols and monitor all areas for safety and security risksCoordinate incident response, report writing, and escalation as neededMaintain positive relationships with mall tenants, guests, and law enforcementEnsure compliance with site policies, procedures, and applicable legislationAssist with scheduling, training, and performance management of team membersProvide detailed shift reports and updates to managementQualifications:
Must be willing and able to stand, walk, and patrol by foot and vehicle for extended periods (8-12 hours)Must demonstrate a high degree of professionalismMust have at least 1 year of prior security experienceExperience in physical / mall security is considered an assetMust have strong verbal and written communication skillsMust have a strong command and fluency in the English language both written and verbalMust be able to work in a fast-paced environmentWhy choose Paladin?
