The role emphasizes integrated employment services from assessment to retention. You'll manage a diverse caseload, develop tailored Employment Action Plans, and advocate for your clients within various networks. Supporting clients in understanding workplace culture and coordinating relevant community resources are also key components of this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments to determine program eligibility
• Develop and implement customized Employment Action Plans
• Provide career coaching and support through the job search process
• Coordinate referrals to community support services
• Monitor and record client progress using case management systems
Requirements:
• Relevant degree or diploma with equivalent experience
• Two years' minimum experience in a related field
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience with CRM and case management systems
• Knowledge of anti-oppressive service delivery
