What you’ll do
Contribute to the design, development, deployment, and support of enterprise Mule Soft integrations and APIsCollaborate closely with Mule Soft Architects and cross-functional stakeholders to design and implement scalable, API-led solutionsProvide technical support and guidance to internal teams and integration partnersDebug, troubleshoot, and resolve integration and application issues, including complex or escalated incidentsSupport performance tuning, monitoring, and optimization of integrations to ensure reliability and scalabilityPrepare and maintain technical documentation, including integration designs, API specifications, and support runbooksWork with Anypoint API Manager to implement and maintain security policies, access controls, and governance standardsApply AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Git Hub Copilot, Mule Soft's AI capabilities in Anypoint Code Builder) to accelerate integration development, and explore opportunities to embed AI-driven automation into integration workflows, including intelligent routing, data enrichment, and predictive monitoringWhat you bring
3+ years of hands-on experience working with Mule Soft, including strong experience with the Anypoint Platform (Mule
4), or an equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience developing integrations using Anypoint Studio and Data WeaveExperience designing and building APIs using RAML or OpenAPI, with a solid understanding of API-led connectivity, REST, SOAP, and common integration patterns (e.g., synchronous/asynchronous, batch, publish/subscribe)Experience building, managing, and monitoring APIs and integrations using Anypoint Platform and API Manager, including dashboards and operational monitoringExperience working with version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile delivery tools (e.g., Azure Dev Ops)Experience with message queue and event-based integration patterns, including Anypoint MQ or similar technologiesStrong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiencesBonus Points
Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Git Hub Copilot, Cursor, or similar) and a working understanding of how to use them responsibly to improve productivity and code qualityCompensation
