• Team Average: $28-$32/hour (base + profit share + credit card tips) and take-home junk treasures
• Performance Bonus:
  Profit Share—you earn a percentage from the jobs you complete

• 4-Day Workweek (Full time)
• 40–50 hours/week
• Enjoy 3 days off every week
• Flexible time-off requests

• Driving:
  Operate branded 17–20 ft Isuzu NPR trucks to and from customer locations (G license required)
• Lifting & Loading:
  Safely remove and load items onto the truck (up to 50 lbs repeatedly)
• Customer Service:
  Deliver friendly, professional service with every job
• Sales & Quoting:
  Assess job sites and quote pricing using training and rate sheets
• Recycling & Donation:
  Help divert items from landfills—donate and recycle what we can
• Time Management:
  Run your day like your own mini business

• Must be 21+ years old (insurance requirement)
• Valid G Driver’s License with a clean driving record (last 3 years)
• Comfortable with physical work and lifting (50 lbs repeatedly)
• A positive, dependable, and goal-oriented attitude
• Strong customer service and communication skills
