Responsibilities

Planning, supervision and coordination of receipt, storage and shipment of product lines

Verification of incoming and outgoing materials

Work closely with applicable departments (sales, purchasing, etc.) to ensure the product is delivered in a timely manner

Responsible for productivity and quality measurements and improvements in the warehouse

Inventory control and order selection

Serving customers when necessary

Coordinate and assist in the development and maintenance of efficient and effective operating administrative processes and safety standards

Assist in warehouse safety, cleanliness and waste disposal

Driving a forklift in this type of setting is a plus or we will help you get certified

Must have basic math skills for inventory counts; and English verbal and written skills to be able to read purchase orders and communicate with team members

Qualifications

3 years experience in a warehouse, distribution center, shipping and receiving department, or similar environment

Minimum 1 year of Team Lead or Supervisory experience

Hazardous Materials Training

Reliable, safe and a team player

Proven leadership for successful day to day operation of warehouse facilities

Forklift Certification

Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
