Van Oers zoekt een IT Support Medewerker voor de interne IT-afdeling. Je bent hét eerste aanspreekpunt voor collega’s met IT-vragen en zorgt dat zij zonder problemen kunnen werken aan hun digitale werkplek.
Je behandelt meldingen via het ticketsysteem, lost incidenten op en ondersteunt op locatie. Daarnaast draag je bij aan de kennisbank, beheer van hardware en IT-voorraad en participeert in IT-projecten.
