As an Operator, you play an important role in keeping the production process running smoothly and efficiently. You operate and monitor the machines, ensure products meet the required quality standards and take action when needed. Together with your colleagues, you contribute to a safe, reliable and successful production environment.

These are your tasks:  You operate, adjust and monitor production machines to ensure a smooth production process
You identify deviations and take appropriate action to keep production running efficiently
You perform quality checks and ensure products meet the required standards
You resolve minor malfunctions and work together with colleagues or technical support when needed
You keep your workplace clean, safe and well-organized according to company standards
You will work in a 3-shift system with working hours from 06:00 to 14:00, 14:00 to 22:00 and 22:00 to 06:00. You follow a fixed schedule and rotate between shifts. Currently, you work an average of 35 hours per week, including 4 night shifts. This will soon be adjusted to a full-time working week of 37.5 hours.
