Thebe is op zoek naar een HBO-verpleegkundige voor wijkzorg in Etten-Leur Noord. Je werkt parttime 24–32 uur per week, levert zorg aan cliënten en voert verpleegkundige adviesgesprekken uit bij nieuwe zorgaanvragen.
Je bent hét aanspreekpunt in het zorgnetwerk, werkt zelfstandig en draagt bij aan kwaliteitsverbetering. Er is ruimte voor coaching van collega’s en professionele ontwikkeling.
