Nous recherchons un IT Support Engineer pour assurer le support interne des utilisateurs et faire le lien avec notre prestataire externe qui gère l'infrastructure.
Responsabilités
Support 1ère et 2ème ligne : M365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint), Windows, imprimantes, VPN, matériel.
Gestion Active Directory : créations d'utilisateurs, accès, mots de passe.
Résolution des incidents réseau de base : DNS, DHCP, IP.
Coordination avec le prestataire externe : suivi des tickets, priorisation, communication.
Onboarding/offboarding et documentation des procédures.
Compétences Requises
Expérience en support IT (1st/2nd line).
Très bonne maîtrise de Microsoft 365.
Connaissances Windows, AD et notions réseau.
Sens du service, autonomie, communication claire.
Atouts
Expérience avec un prestataire IT externe.
Connaissance ITIL.
