Starting Pay Range: $17.99-$24.86
Program Statement: To inspire every life we touch by engaging all to reach their full potential and beyond.The Catholic Charities Early Learning/Head Start program provides a high quality, comprehensive approach to services for both children and families that includes early learning education, professional development, family engagement, health and nutrition, and mental health and disabilities services. We serve children and families in eight locations in Cuyahoga County. All of our sites are 5-Star Highly-Rated by the State of Ohio’s Step Up to Quality program.
WhatYou Will Do
- Build relationships with families to assess their strengths, utilize case management skills determine their needs, and work together to develop goals and connect the family to essential resources. Foster and grow family relationships to encourage strong attendance, family goals, family referrals, family assessments, participation, and enrollment.
- Analyze and interpret data to effectively monitor and identify critical areas that will allow the whole family to thrive including family services, health & nutrition, physical and mental health.
- Work as an integral member of the Early Learning Center team by supporting classroom staff and students as needed, participating in ongoing student recruitment as well as completing enrollment applications accurately and timely to support program enrollment.
- All staff are mandated reporters of known or suspected child abuse.
