-Cleveland, OH - Hybrid - up to $210K Base Salary

A private equity-backed manufacturing company in the Greater Cleveland areais seeking a Head of Financial Planning & Analysis. This rolereportsdirectly to the CFO and will lead a team of three. This position ownsbudgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial analysis while improving FP&A processes and reporting.

This is a hands-on leadership role for an organized, responsive professional who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Own monthly and quarterly management reporting, KPIs, and variance analysis
• Consolidate forecasts across business units and improve forecast accuracy
• Analyze revenue, EBITDA, margins, working capital, inventory, and cash flow
• Partner with accounting, operations, and leadership to evaluate financial performance
• Improve and standardize FP&A processes and reporting
• Support reporting and analysis for the CFO, executive team, Board, and private equity sponsor

• Bachelor's degree required. Minimum 8+ years of progressive finance, accounting, or FP&A experience
• Public accounting experience strongly preferred; CPA highly preferred
• Manufacturing experience preferred; private equity-backed experience is a plus
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
