DescriptionWe’re seeking a dynamic, nationally certified or licensed Pharmacy Technician to join our team in Cleveland, OH. The role supports residents in long‑term care facilities with a Monday–Friday 8‑hour shift starting between 6:00 am and 8:00 am, with rotating weekends and holidays. Salary ranges from $17‑$20 per hour.

- Operate and troubleshoot Paxit packaging and dispensing equipment
- Set up packaging lots and follow inventory schedules
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and equipment
- Replenish supplies across packaging, dispensing, and staging areas
- Respond quickly to equipment faults and workflow issues
- Use systems such as Paxit Manager and Framework for order tracking
- Perform audits, packaging scans, and short‑fill checks
- Stage and tote prescriptions with accurate labeling
- Assist with bulk dispensing, labeling, and “owes” processing
- Communicate delays and inventory needs to the team
- Adhere to Clarest’s Code of Conduct, Compliance policies and report any suspected violations to the appropriate supervisor or Compliance Officer
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ohio Pharmacy Technician license, certification or trainee license required (in good standing)
- Strong problem‑solving skills
- Detail oriented
- Effective communicator
- Quick and independent learner
- Flexibility to work overtime, holidays and weekends as needed
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
