Description

We’re seeking a dynamic, nationally certified or licensed Pharmacy Technician to join our team in Cleveland, OH. The role supports residents in long‑term care facilities with a Monday–Friday 8‑hour shift starting between 6:00 am and 8:00 am, with rotating weekends and holidays. Salary ranges from $17‑$20 per hour.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and troubleshoot Paxit packaging and dispensing equipment
  • Set up packaging lots and follow inventory schedules
  • Maintain clean, organized work areas and equipment
  • Replenish supplies across packaging, dispensing, and staging areas
  • Respond quickly to equipment faults and workflow issues
  • Use systems such as Paxit Manager and Framework for order tracking
  • Perform audits, packaging scans, and short‑fill checks
  • Stage and tote prescriptions with accurate labeling
  • Assist with bulk dispensing, labeling, and “owes” processing
  • Communicate delays and inventory needs to the team
  • Adhere to Clarest’s Code of Conduct, Compliance policies and report any suspected violations to the appropriate supervisor or Compliance Officer
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ohio Pharmacy Technician license, certification or trainee license required (in good standing)

  • Flexibility to work overtime, holidays and weekends as needed
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
