State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) – Long Term Care Full‑time, Part‑time, and Per Diem.

Shifts:

7 am‑3 pm, 3 pm‑11 pm, 11 pm‑7 am, alternating weekends and holidays.

• Serve as a resident’s primary caregiver, providing necessary support for activities of daily living.
• Notify licensed nurses promptly of any change in a resident’s status.
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), feeding, bathing, dressing, transferring, ambulation, personal hygiene, and toileting.
• Perform other job‑related duties as required.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain and maintain State‑Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification.
• Strong verbal and non‑verbal communication skills.
• Patience, tact, cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm; willingness to manage residents based on maturity level and factuality.
