Janitorial Supervisor; Supervisor

We are looking for a part‑time area supervisor to join our janitorial team. This position will service commercial buildings in Euclid and surrounding areas, assisting with coverage, training new employees, detail work, and supply orders. This role requires 20 hours per week on a varying schedule (Tuesday–Saturday after 5 pm) and $18.50 per hour. Responsibilities include working with employees to handle client requests, supervising and training team members, liaising with HR, arranging coverage, disciplinary action, performing inspections, completing work tickets, sending reports, recommending special project work, maintaining ongoing education, and carrying out supervisory responsibilities per company policy and applicable laws.

• Work with employees to handle all client requests or complaints in a timely manner
• Supervise, train, motivate, and develop team members
• Work with HR to ensure all jobs are properly staffed and trained
• Arrange for coverage in the event of an employee absence
• Disciplinary action and/or termination of employees when necessary
• Perform regular inspections of buildings to ensure that specifications are being met
• Correct deficiencies in buildings whenever necessary
• Complete work tickets
• Send reports to Area Manager
• Recommend special project work when needed
• Complete ongoing education to gain competency in the position
• Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company’s policies and applicable laws
