The Splicer will perform manual labor tasks in support of assigned area. Required to cross train across company departments based on business needs.
*** PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
**** Set up machine according to pre-defined parameters
* Cut out non-conforming sections of Hose
* Trim and prep each hose end
* Weld 2 sections of hose together
* Perform visual quality inspection of welded area
* Perform required leak test
* Coil hose onto reel
* Meet production rates
* Handle other essential tasks as assigned
*** QUALIFICATIONS
* *** High school diploma or equivalent
* Ability to understand and follow English instructions
* Good basic math skills
* Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required

* Must be able to stand for long periods of time
* Must be able to bend, squat, twist and kneel
