Marketing Assistant

Reports to: Marketing Director / Operations Manager

The ideal candidate is hardworking, teachable, creative, and hungry for advancement – someone who is just as comfortable assisting with marketing campaigns as they are helping with hands-on setup with in-person events.

• Deliver flyers door-to-door for marketing events ahead of time
• Be willing to pivot to different tasks at a moment’s notice
• Provide the marketing team with project logistics (scheduling, reporting, data analysis)
• Assist in executing marketing campaigns - including digital, print, and event-based initiatives
• Help manage social media accounts, create posts, and monitor engagement
• Perform hands-on setup and breakdown for marketing events or displays
• Track and organize marketing assets, contacts, and analytics reports
• Communicate with vendors and managers of a variety of businesses
• Be a team player in a results-driven marketing department
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to campaigns

Education:

Associate's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)

Experience:

0-2 years in marketing, administration, or customer service. Internship experience welcome.

Skills:

Strong organizational skills, creative thinking, problem-solving mindset, proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic marketing tools (such as Canva, Mailchimp, Social Media)

Personal:
Ambitious, team player, teachable, reliable, detail-oriented

Hourly Range: $25-28 an hour, Full Time
