Job Details:

• Work night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM

• Three 12-hour shifts per week

• Contract length ofweeks available

• Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required

• Must have 18 months permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience prior to travel

• Must have permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand

• Required certifications: AHA BLS and ACLS (must be active)

• Recent Epic charting experience within the last 6 months required

• One recent reference from manager, ANM, supervisor or director in specialty required

• Must work at least every other holiday

• ECG rhythm recognition test and safe Medicate assessment completed during orientation

• Two attempts maximum to pass assessments or contract will be canceled

• Complete pre-start modules via Silkroad (billable up to 4 hours)

• Badge pickup and onsite fingerprints required prior to start date

• Hours tracked through Qualivis Lotus system

• BCI/FBI fingerprints must be completed within 48 hours of signing contract
