Metro Health is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Critical Care Step Down Unit (7 West) at the Main Campus. The role covers day and night shifts with rotating weekends and holidays, in a 14-bed unit that uses advanced telemetry and line care. You will work with PCNAs, interns, providers, PT, and OT to deliver high-quality patient care.
