Job Description

The Food Service Student Worker is responsible for preparing and serving food, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring customer satisfaction in various food service settings.

COMPENSATION: The hourly rate for this position is $10.70 to $10.70
. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

• Food Preparation:
  Prepare simple dishes, salads, and sides, ensuring all food is handled safely and efficiently.
• Serving Customers:
  Take customer orders, serve food and beverages, and provide information about menu items.
• Maintaining Cleanliness:
  Keep dining areas and kitchen spaces clean and organized, including clearing tables and washing dishes.
• Restocking Supplies:
  Monitor and restock food and beverage items as needed to ensure smooth service.
• Compliance:
  Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

• Food Service Certificate as needed
• Sufficient education or training to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions
• Be able to work quickly and concisely under pressure
