• Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to achieve or exceed sales production goals.
• Expand business by proactively building relationships with existing customers to meet agreed production goals.
• Accurately account for all currency transactions and promptly deliver deposits to the bank with scanned documentation in the agency management system.
• Build and leverage client relationships, educating customers about products that best fit their needs.

• Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred (not required)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Sales or customer service experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Relationship building skills with sales customers
• Excellent follow‑up and multi‑tasking skills
• Ambitious motivation for advancement opportunities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
