Quality Engineer

We are seeking a Quality Engineer to and improve product and supplier quality, lead corrective actions, and participate in new product introduction. This role will work cross-functionally with engineering, suppliers, and quality control to ensure products meet requirements and are ready for production.

• Support new product development and quality conformance activities.
• Develop and execute test plans; document and report results.
• Lead Material Review Board (MRB) and drive internal and supplier corrective actions.
• Support receiving inspection and update inspection procedures as needed.
• Conduct supplier quality audits and manage supplier quality issues.
• Perform FMEA, root cause analysis, and implement continuous improvement.
• Evaluate returned product and lead actions to reduce recurrence.
• Contribute to environmental and sustainability initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, science, engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of quality engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of quality systems (ISO/industry standards), problem-solving tools, and continuous improvement.
• Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; occasional travel required.
