• This position is responsible for evaluating the quality of the product while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
• Responsible for monitoring machines as needed and notifying Supervisor of any mechanical breakdowns.
• Responsible for recognizing, removing, and discarding systemic diseased birds and or/viscera packages, removal of parts due to disease and contamination, removing birds from the line for reprocessing due to defects.
• Trimming disease and contamination from the product as necessary.
