Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ) - Med Nurse

• Responsibilities include medication administration, computer documentation and assessment of residents' current status, observation and reporting of any change in resident status to MD/sponsors as necessary, ordering medications from pharmacy, supervision of CNA staff, wound care, collecting and processing lab samples.
