Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Nurse

We are currently accepting applications for a Med Nurse within our long-term care and rehab facility specializing in geriatrics. • Medication administration and computer documentation, including assessment of resident’s current status
• Observation and reporting of any change in resident’s status to MD/sponsors as necessary
