• Provide accounting and financial reporting support to clients, managing deliverables with high quality and accuracy across multiple industries and geographies.
• Respond to client needs in a timely, professional, and accurate manner under direct supervision.
• Perform accounts payable, accounts receivable, account reconciliation, journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and monthly, quarterly, and year‑end reporting.
• Assist the team in achieving client deliverables and preparing statements for review.
• Communicate status, ask clarifying questions, and seek guidance from leadership to maintain project momentum.
• Address basic accounting and software queries, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Meet client service expectations by adhering to quality standards, time budget constraints, and effective communication.
• Execute defined processes, propose improvements, and promptly report roadblocks.
• Maintain and expand knowledge of accounting principles and best practices.
• Share lessons learned from one engagement to support team knowledge.
• Stay current on technology updates, achieving certifications directed by supervisors.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field (experience may substitute for a degree).
• 0‑2 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or related experience preferred; professional services experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of accounting, bookkeeping, and payroll principles for classifying, recording, summarizing data, and preparing financial records.
• Experience with Quick Books, Sage Intacct, or  is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Base salary range: $78,000 – $100,000. Actual compensation is influenced by skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
