Fulfillment Specialist

Head of Fulfillment (Fulfillment Manager)

Are you looking for an exciting career working in cannabis with White Label Extracts? We are looking for a motivated, self-starting, detail oriented, team player. Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for assisting the fulfillment team with manifesting and tagging orders in METRC. They will also assist in pulling orders from invoices with the utmost attention to detail and assist in accurately checking order bags.

Permanent schedule is Mon-Thurs 9AM
-7 : 30 PM but initial training schedule will vary

• Work closely with the Fulfillment team to complete all orders each day with a positive attitude
• Handwrite information from invoices to Metrc tags.
• Assist with creating tags that indicate the appropriate product on each order
• Enter information into the Cannabis Tracking System (METRC)
• Use tags in the CTS to create manifests with provided driver and delivery schedules
• Assist in accurately pulling orders from invoices
• Assist with transferring product from one license to the next
• Communicate with Sales Reps about schedules and routes
• Double check orders pulled by teammates
• Assort and organize new and current product into designated areas
• Assist with nightly inventory and assist with fixing inventory discrepancies
• Clean and maintain cleanliness of the fulfillment area.
• Stay up to date with compliance as well as state laws and regulations
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Knowledge of computer and office equipment.
• Familiarity with different computer programs such as google docs, sheets, etc.
• Typing skills utilized daily.
• Be able to frequently multi-task.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Be able to work and stay on task in a group environment.
• Ability to accept positive and constructive feedback.
• Effective communication skills and positive team player.

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• OLCC Marijuana Handlers Permit
• METRC experience preferred

• Must be able to work in a temperature controlled workspace (cooler) for long periods of time.
• Close visual focus required.
• Ability to look at and use computer for several hours of the day
• Must be able to sit, stand, or move around for extended periods during work hours
• This position occasionally requires the extended and repetitive use of arms, hands and fingers to cut or manipulate small objects.
• Must be able to lift up to 50-75 lbs.
