The Project Manager is responsible for working on and managing projects.
Responsibilities- Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Order and manage materials and equipment.
- Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities.
- Ensure contracted Estimate & Materials List are in job file prior to going to Job Walk
- Identify if there are items that are not included that need to be repaired.
- Supplement would be started at this time
- Ensure Permits are in process if needed
- Post Asbestos/Lead Report as needed
- Verify Material needed for Repairs
- Go over repair budget with PH
- Flooring, Paint, Cabinets, ETC.
- Contact and schedule subs as needed.
- Set schedule with Policy Holder
- DAILY JOB DIARY – LEAVE ON SITE DAILY
- Keep copy in working job file
- UPDATE CALENDAR WITH ONSITE TIME DAILY BY 4PM
- DAILY EMAIL UPDATE VIA - Team Kim
- Include First & Last Name and Date
- Scope of work completed that day
- Must have approval to deviate from the contracted estimate.
- If PH cannot be there, Estimator will get ATP signed at a later date.
