Location & CompensationPosition:
Part‑time teller / Enrichment Representative (Lane County, Oregon) – 1‑5 branch locations within a 15‑mile radius of Eugene, OR
. Pay: $21–$23 per hour, with potential incentives. Spanish‑speaking tellers who pass a test earn an extra $2 per hour.
- Assist members with financial transactions and provide a positive member experience.
- Serve as the face of the credit union, asking individualized questions and delivering personalized service.
- Educate members on products and services, communicating benefits and building trusted relationships.
- Work 18–24 hours weekly, with shifts of 3–4 hours for lunch coverage or 2–3 full weekdays (including Saturday).
- Schedule is set 4–5 weeks in advance and will not exceed 24 hours per week.
- At least six months of customer‑service experience.
- Strong cash‑handling skills.
- Experience working in a business‑office setting preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service.
