Signify Health, part of CVS Health, seeks a part-time physician to provide in-home health evaluations, visiting patients in their own homes and bridging gaps in care. Visits last about 45 minutes, include medication/history review and physical exam, with optional diagnostic tests per the health plan.
You'll travel locally within licensed states, use an iPad workflow, and may conduct virtual visits as needed. Malpractice insurance is provided along with other perks.
