Bushnell University is interviewing for positions in the Adjunct Instructor pool. A Doctorate is preferred, but a Master’s degree with significant experience will be considered. The positions are for both graduate and undergraduate instructors.

• Doctorate preferred;
  Master’s acceptable with significant experience.
• Strong commitment to multiculturalism and diversity.
• Vibrant and maturing Christian faith; candidates must include a personal Statement of Faith addressing the expression of faith in personal life, family life, community life, local church membership, and academic discipline.
• Evidence of active engagement in a Christian congregation.
• Ability to adhere to FERPA guidelines and maintain student confidentiality.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• High personal motivation, attention to detail, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs, bend, stoop, kneel if required.
• Compliant with non‑smoking, drug‑free environment policy.

• Must be actively engaged in a Christian congregation and align with Bushnell Theological Context for Community.

• Mandatory reporting under Oregon law.
