The Search Committee of Eugene Alliance Church invites applications for the Lead Pastor role. The ideal candidate will:

Exhibit a Spirit-filled character and demonstrate healthy relationships.

Seek the Lord’s guidance and consult regularly with others.

Possess strong leadership qualities complemented by shepherding skills.

Value and model peacemaking and reconciliation.
