Our Training Specialists create resources that help nearly 3,000 employee-owners succeed in their roles. We’re looking for someone to join our team who is driven to understand the systems and processes all around them, and who enjoys helping others find success by clearly communicating instruction through writing, video, graphics, and other digital means.

USD $54,060.00 - USD $59,466.00 /Yr.

• Researching and writing written guides
• Planning, shooting, and editing training videos
• Designing graphics for posters
• Authoring eLearning courses
• Planning and designing PowerPoint presentations
• Updating and expanding our online training resources
• and more.

• Have experience in one or more of the following:
  Video Production, Graphic Design, Photography, and willingness to learn other listed skills.
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Enjoy helping others succeed.
• Enjoy working both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
• Have, at a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred).

Previous experience developing multimedia training content is not required, but is preferred.

In our stores, customers find everything a home needs from groceries, cosmetics, and pet supplies to tools for home improvement projects, automotive and RV maintenance, and gear for outdoor adventures like hunting, fishing, camping, and crabbing at the coast.

The Bi-Mart Corporate Office is open 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday – Friday.

Occasional travel for in‑person trainings (rare overnight stays).

Hours will vary depending on workload and assignment.
