Position Information

The Diesel Technology Instructional Specialist position assists student learning in tasks related to:
Diesel AED certification skill sets and equipment, Assigned student materials, Computers, copier, audiovisual equipment, calculators, precision measuring tools, and other lab/shop equipment.

Salary/Wage Range: $18.96 - $27.80 Hourly (Classified Pay Grade
8)

  • Our application is used to determine your initial salary placement for selected candidates. All employment and education history will be considered.
  • This position works on an as-needed basis and is a temporary assignment based on student, college, and division needs. Variable work hours based on department needs.
  • Schedule may vary with hours increasing during peak periods up to 40 hours per week, up to 1039 hours in a 12-month period.

Two (2) years of post-secondary education or formal training with coursework in Diesel Technology or related field.

Required Experience:

Two (2) years of experience in Diesel Technology or related field.

Licensure or Certification Requirements
