Salary/Wage Range: $18.96 – $27.80 (Classified Hourly Pay Grade 8)
- Our application determines initial salary placement for selected candidates; all employment and education history will be considered.
- Part‑time position; variable work hours based on department needs. Hours may increase to 40 hrs per week during peak periods, up to 1 039 hrs in a 12‑month period.
- Position will average 20 hrs per week and does not work during breaks/recess.
Two (2) years of post‑secondary education or training with coursework in sculpture (or related subject).
Required ExperienceTwo (2) years of studio experience with substantial public contact or teacher’s aide experience.
Licensure or Certification RequirementsNone specified.

- Must work and reside in the state of Oregon at the time of employment.
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in art studio with an emphasis in sculpture and knowledge of 2D and 3D art techniques, process, and studio production.
Experience- Experience with community‑college studios and curriculum.
- Experience in welding, wood shop, clay mixing/firing, foundry, stone carving, and glass casting.
- Experience with digital imaging (Fusion 360, Photoshop, Illustrator, V‑Carve Pro, Blender, Sketch Up, Sheetcam, Aspire, etc.).
- Experience with 3D digital I/O devices (3D printers, 3D scanners, Laguna CNC machine, Glowforge, etc.).
- Experience with contemporary sculpture methods, materials, and equipment.
