Our Health Professions Department is seeking to expand its pool of part‑time faculty to teach in the Nursing Assistant 1 program in Eugene/Springfield. The role is a Non‑Credit / Extra Duty instructor teaching Nursing Assistant courses.

Completion of a course on teaching adults, or one (1) year of experience teaching adults.
Required Experience:
Two (2) years experience as an RN.
Must maintain current and unencumbered State of Oregon Registered Nurse License.

Preferred Education
Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience teaching NA and/or CNA2 in the classroom, lab, and clinical setting.
- Demonstrated experience of Oregon State Board of Nursing standards, accreditation, and self‑study.
- Have experience in instruction strategies, including both educational theory and technique.
