Department Summary

The Department of the History of Art & Architecture ("HAA")offers undergraduate, Master's, and PhD programs in the history,theory, and criticism of art, architecture, and visual culture. Itis also home to the Graduate Certificate in Museum Studies.

Position Summary

The Department of the History of Art & Architecture (HAA) invites applicants for temporary, part-time, limited durationresearch positions in HAA. Duties typically are based ongrant-funded project-specific needs, and may include: project coordination, translation, interviews, data collection and/or analysis.

Successful candidates will have demonstrated experience and acommitment to working effectively with students, faculty, and stafffrom diverse backgrounds. We invite applications from qualified candidates who share our commitment to diversity and from membersof underrepresented groups.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Art and/or Architectural History or other related field.
Professional Competencies
  • Project management skills.
  • Knowledge and experience relevant subject material.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Two years of relevant experience.
  • Graduate-level instructional experience.
