Educators must be fully and appropriately licensed by Teacher Standards and Practices Commission (TSPC) to be eligible for this incentive. Restricted license holders will not be eligible.

• $1,000 bonus after 30 days of work
• $750 in December paycheck
• $750 in March paycheck
• $1,500 in June at the conclusion of the school year

Bethel School District is seeking appropriately licensed candidates for a 0.5 FTE Middle School Social Communication Classroom (SCC) Special Education Teacher at Prairie Mountain School for the 2026-27 school year.

Candidates who are licensed or will have the ability to be licensed by Oregon Teacher Standards and Practices Commission by the start of the  School Year are encouraged to apply.
