You were born to be the boss. You ensure everyone else in the house (and at work) does what they need to do. Domino’s Pizza is hiring assistant managers who can judge, multitask, and handle math. The role is tough and requires natural leadership.

You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift:

• Cost controls
• Inventory control
• Cash control
• Customer relations

You must follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time and set the example for your crew.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately.
• Provide correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for precise movements.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers.
• Drive safe and possess valid driver’s license and insured vehicle.
• Navigate adverse terrain and delivery locations.

Exposure to varying weather, temperatures from 36°F to 90°F+, fumes, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces up to 500°F, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.

• Standing, walking, and sitting in various positions.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds (ingredient cases).
• Climbing stairs or ladders to change prices on signs.
• Carrying, pushing, pulling trays of pizza dough or sauces.
