Piper Companies is seeking a Collections and Insurance Administrator to join a leading credit union in Omaha, NE
. This is an excellent opportunity for detail-oriented professionals looking to grow their career in financial services. The Collections and Insurance Administrator will manage loan data entry, assist members with payoff processing inquiries, and ensure compliance with insurance and collections requirements.
This position will be onsite in Eugene, OR 4 days per week!
- Accurately and efficiently enter loan and insurance data into internal systems
- Verify documentation for completeness and compliance with policies and regulations
- Communicate with loan officers and underwriters to resolve discrepancies
- Assist members with payoff inquiries and insurance-related questions
- Ensure adherence to federal and state regulations as well as company standards
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly production goals
- 2+ years of experience in data entry or loan processing, preferably in financial services
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
- Knowledge of loan processing or insurance systems is a plus
