Thrivent is seeking a Team-Based Financial Advisor in Eugene, OR, offering hybrid work (3-5 days in the office). You will receive mentorship and licensing training during the initial weeks and then help build your client book with guidance from Lead Advisors.
You’ll educate clients on investments, insurance, and retirement while developing relationships with local nonprofits and businesses for future growth. The compensation combines base and upside through commissions.
