• Provide exceptional hair and/or nail services in line with Beauty Bar’s high-end standards
• Maintain a professional, welcoming vibe for all clients
• Utilize our aesthetic room (optional) to expand service offerings like lashes, skincare, or waxing
• Manage your client bookings efficiently using our streamlined systems
• Ensure consistency and quality across every service—because details matter here
• Keep your station clean, organized, and Instagram-worthy
• Collaborate with the team to create a seamless, all-inclusive beauty experience
• Engage with salon promotions and social media initiatives to develop your personal brand
• Stay current on trends, techniques, and products—we love a pro who’s always leveling up
• Encourage clients to enjoy the full Beauty Bar experience (includes a drink or two)

• Valid Cosmetology license
• Proven experience as a hairstylist, esthetician, and/or nail technician
• Bonus points if you offer additional services (lashes, waxing, skincare)
• Passion for delivering a luxury, client-focused experience
• Strong eye for detail and commitment to consistency
• Comfortable using salon booking systems (we keep it streamlined)
• Self-motivated with a team-player mindset—no divas, just pros
• Eagerness to develop your personal brand with our marketing support
• Up-to-date on current beauty trends, techniques, and products
• Ability to maintain a clean, organized workspace (your station = your stage)
• Friendly, professional, and ready to represent the Beauty Bar vibe
